Questions & answers
Do I have to buy the lights?+
No. Our lights are leased for the season. Your price includes the lights, installation, upkeep during the season and takedown. When the season's over, we take them away.
How much does it cost?+
Every home is different, so we give each customer a free custom quote based on what you want lit. Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you quickly.
When do you install and take down?+
Installs usually happen from late October through early December. Takedown happens after the holidays in January. We'll book dates that work for you.
What if a bulb or strand goes out?+
Just let us know. Upkeep is included for the whole season, so we'll come back and fix it.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?+
No. We use clips made for gutters and shingles. We don't use nails, staples or screws.
Do I need to be home?+
Not usually. As long as we can get to an outdoor outlet, we can do the job while you're out.
